By accessing or using Tree Feller ("the Service"), provided by App Factory Dev Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tree Feller is a workflow tool that assists users in preparing submissions for tree felling permissions, including felling licences, TPO consents, and conservation area notifications. The Service is a productivity tool and does not provide legal, arboricultural, or planning advice.

3. Waitlist & Early Access

By joining our waitlist, you express interest in accessing the Service when available. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, and we may offer access at our sole discretion.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information entered into the Service.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring any submissions meet the requirements of the relevant authority.
• You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software associated with Tree Feller are the property of App Factory Dev Ltd. Documents you generate using the Service are yours.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that submissions prepared using Tree Feller will be approved by any authority. We are not responsible for decisions made by councils, the Forestry Commission, or any other body.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, App Factory Dev Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
